Return Policy

We hope you never have to return and item but, if that is the case, please consider the following.

DAMAGE ITEM

If you get a damage item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via Contact Us page.

WRONG SIZE

If you are not satisfied with the size of the item that was delivered, check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart.
If you simple ordered the wrong size, contact us via Contact Us page and we will be back to you in the next 24 hours.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your product(s) must be unused and in the same conditions that was delivered to you with the original packaging.
Make sure to include the receipt or proof of purchase. Without that, we cannot guaranty a refund.

REFUNDS

Once we received your package and inspected, we will notify you that we received the item. Depending on the conditions of the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund yet, please check first with your credit card company. Usually takes between 7-10 business days for the refund to be completed.

SALE ITEMS

Sales items are not eligible for refunds. We apologize any inconvenience.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items that are damage or defective. Please contact us using the Contact page and give us as much details as posible about the issue with the item.

We DO NOT pay for shipping for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
